COMPLAINT ARRANGEMENTS

Rivervale Nursing Home is committed to being open and accountable in their provision of care.

It is the right of the service user to comment, compliment, or complain about any of the services of care provided. A synopsis of the complaints policy and a comments/complaints is on display in the front atrium. A complaints policy is available in the Nurses’ office and this can be made available to residents or next of kin on request.  All complaints are followed up professionally and in a timely manner. If a resident or family member raises a complaint against the service in the nursing home then the following framework will be adopted and used:
