On behalf of the management and staff I would like to extend a warm welcome to you here at Rivervale Nursing Home.

This website has been designed to provide you with the necessary information required to make an informed choice on your care provider and/or assist you in making your stay with us more comfortable.

It will provide an introduction to the care and services provided within Rivervale Nursing Home. Further information and more detailed explanations of the governance and management of the nursing home will be found in the supplementary “Statement of Purpose and Function” booklet.

At Rivervale Nursing Home we believe that every resident has the right to high quality care.

The Management team comprises of the Provider- Shane Scanlon, The Director of Nursing- Tom Paul and the Services Manager- Janette Caplice.

All clinical issues are dealt with by Tom and all Clinical Staff report to her

All non-clinical issues are dealt with by Janette who reports to Tom. (Laundry, Cleaning and Kitchen along with Kitchen)

Both report to Shane who is the nominated Provider.
